$100 Minimum purchase for shipping orders.
Flat rate shipping is $50 for all USA states.
We ship via Fedex Priority Overnight, to ensure the safety of the animals and to comply with the laws regarding live animal shipments.
Live arrival guarantee ( LAG) on temperatures between 50°F and 90°F only.
In case of a dead on arrival animal ( DOA ), notify us within 3 hours of package delivery and provide pictures or videos of said animal.
In case of DOA, you have the choice of either getting a replacement animal, or refund.
Shipping cost is not included on refund and shipping cost for DOA replacement is covered by the customer.
We are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages that may result in DOA caused by the shipping company ( Fedex ).

Free local pickup in San Jose, CA.
